Even being a success story for more than one year, some people might still think that the Sustainche Farm™ project is some kind of isolated activity of some smallholder farm family somewhere in the remote Northern Namibian bush, and simply unable to understand that ‘industrialized farming’ is the future.
Well, the steadily growing number of the Sustainche Farm™ community members at least tells us that out there on Planet Earth there are some more people who share our vision and mission. This not only refers to a New Quality of Life in general, which according to the United Nations in termed Sustainable Development. It is also because the Sustainche Farm™ project gives Northern Rural Namibians a voice to emphasize the need
“To Give Value To Food & Local Farmers”.
So, if you still think that Sustainche & Lisa are “crazy”, than you haven’t yet listen to Mr. Carlo Petrini, the founder of the global Slow Food™ movement*, who never stops advocating
Good, Clean and Fair produced Food.
Thank you, Carlo Petrini, and slowest regards from Namibia !
*Two members of the Sustainche Farm™ community since 2011 are the
first ever registered Slow Food™ activists in Namibia.
With only three activists more,
we can found the first Slow Food™ Convivium in the young history of the nation !
